were on hand to help with the second Wales wide Housing Day conference by the NUS. Unions and delegates from across Wales came to Cardiff to learn how to support their students with housing issues.
Delegates learnt about the typical pitfalls students encounter with private sector properties and were provided with information on how to advise and support their students. Presentations were given by Anne Rowland from Landlord Accreditation Wales promoting best practice, additional licensing and the importance of community relations.
