Your recycling and waste collections are changing today

Cardiff Council is introducing a new weekly recycling and food waste collection service across the city.

From today the three main changes are:

• You can recycle even more as you will have weekly green recycling bag and new weekly kerbside food caddy collections.
• Your recycling and waste collection day will change, the main student areas Cathays, Cyncoed, Gabalfa, Pentwyn, Penylan, Plasnewydd/Roath will be collected on a Wednesday.
• Your garden waste and general waste will be collected fortnightly on alternate weeks .
